Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging where possible.

How to start a return

Email us at vanessa@vanessaservicesandstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care, beauty, and oral-care products (such as gels, serums, oils, eyelashes, and nasal strips) and intimate items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Gift cards and items marked final sale are also non-returnable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including shipping.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order.
